We can also accommodate your catering events without the use of the truck!

All events are fully staffed, and professionally handled from start to finish. We only use the finest ingredients and name brand products. Our staff will provide you with a full service, cook to order BBQ buffet. All items are char broiled on the spot and made to order. We don't use warming pans. What's supposed to be hot is hot, and what's supposed to be cold is cold. We can also accommodate smaller spaces without the use of the truck.Contact us for other items off our store menu.

Basic Catering Menu:

Includes your choice of cheeseburgers or hamburgers, fresh condiment bar, chips and sodas.
(Includes a limited amount of veggie burgers)

Offers 75 meals for $750
Each additional meal is $5.99.
Up to 150 meals
From 150-200 meals is $1250
From 200 meals on, pricing is $1250 plus $5.99 per meal thereafter.

Cheeseburgers, Veggieburgers, Marinated Chicken Sandwiches, Fresh Condiment Bar, Freshly made Pasta and Potato Salad, Chips, Fresh Baked Cookies, and Sodas. Other items available upon request.

Each additional meal after the initial amount of 60 is priced as follows.

61 -110 $11.95 per meal
111-225 $10.95 per meal
226-300 $9.95 per meal

Above pricing does not include sales tax or a 15% gratuity. Schools, churches, and other non-profit organizations maybe exempt from these charges. We also offer fundraising options for your events.

Our Catering Trucks are booked on a “first come, first served” basis. Longer lead times are always helpful.
Cash is not accepted at our Catering Trucks unless pre-arranged. It will be your responsibility to pre-sell tickets. Final payment must be made at the completion of your event. Check, Visa, Mastercard or American Express are accepted.

Answers to frequently asked questions:

• We will arrive approximately 1 hour prior to your serving time to set up.
• You do not need to provide power, our catering trucks are completely self sufficient.
• Plates, napkins and forks are provided.
• We will bring service tables and table cloths for our condiment bar; we do not provide tables or
  chairs for your guests. Our tables are 6’ long.
• We do not provide trash cans; you must provide your own.
• The drinks included are canned Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, 7 UP and bottled water. Your price includes 1
  drink per person. If you would like us to provide more than 1 drink per person, the cost is an
  additional $0.50 per person.
• The chips included are assorted, individually bagged chips.
• Our trucks include an I Pod compatible full D.J. Sound System with several age and event
  appropriate music playlists.
• The dimensions of our catering trucks are: Height: 11', Width: 9,' Length: 25’.
